Feeling the need to mix up your bridesmaid dresses instead of heading to a run of the mill wedding shop?
Prefer mismatched dresses with a bit of personality, something your friends can wear more than once? Me too.
When I typed in bridesmaid dresses into Google, the first two results are David’s Bridal and Nordstrom. Let’s start thinking a little bit more outside the box.
Why not make a day out of dress shopping at the world’s most amazing store, Anthropologie!
You could decide that each of your bridesmaids chooses the same dress to keep a bit of consistency, or tie things together with a particular color. I’ve selected a mix of florals here for a truly feminine feel.
According to mint.com, the average cost of a bridesmaid dress is about $150. Though many Anthropologie dresses are marked higher than that, there are some great deals in the ever-changing sale section. I have seen some gorgeous dresses in lovely materials marked down to under $125. If you choose to have each lady have a different style dress, it’s likely that she will be able to find a size and shape that flatters her without alterations.
The best part is that no other bridal party dresses will look the same as yours.
